Volant's Element Armor pre-filter is a hydrophobic outer sleeve that slips over a compatible Volant air filter to intercept dust, mud, water and other debris before it reaches the primary filter media, without a meaningful reduction in airflow. It is intended for off-road, severe-duty or high-dust driving conditions and extends the service interval of the filter it covers.
