Shipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. DFIS is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after delivery confirmation.
Shipping Insurance (Extend Protection)
DFIS offers optional shipping protection through Extend at checkout. If selected, Extend provides coverage for eligible orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
- Claims for protected shipments must be submitted directly through Extend in accordance with their policy terms and claim timelines.
- DFIS is not responsible for approving or processing shipping insurance claims covered by Extend.
- DFIS may assist with documentation if needed but cannot issue replacements or refunds for claims handled by Extend.
If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, the shipment is made at the customer’s risk once it leaves our facility. DFIS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.
Freight & Oversize Items
Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
Important: Shipping protection through Extend may not apply to freight or oversized shipments. All freight deliveries must be inspected at delivery, and damage must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included components. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.
For freight or oversized shipments, damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Signing for a shipment without noting damage constitutes acceptance of the shipment in good condition and may void any damage claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. DFIS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier to initiate an investigation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed, test-fitted, programmed, fueled, or modified items
- Fuel injectors, injection pumps, turbos, and diesel components that show signs of use
- Special-order, made-to-order, or drop-shipped items (unless otherwise stated)
- Sale items and gift cards
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle fitment prior to ordering. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect fitment due to unverified vehicle specifications or vehicle modifications.
Automotive & Diesel Product Returns
- Items that have been installed or attempted to be installed are not eligible for return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.
Core Charges & Core Returns
Core charges are refundable only after the original core is returned, inspected, and approved.
Returned cores must be rebuildable and free of catastrophic damage, including but not limited to cracked housings, severe corrosion, missing components, or disassembly. DFIS reserves the right to deny partial or full core refunds if eligibility requirements are not met.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Limitation of Liability
DFIS is not responsible for labor costs, downtime, towing, rental vehicles, or incidental or consequential damages related to the installation or use of purchased products.
