A/C Hoses & Lines
A/C hoses and lines carry refrigerant between the compressor, condenser, evaporator and other parts of a vehicle's air conditioning system. Over time, the rubber sections of these hoses can develop slow leaks, and the crimped fittings and O-rings can let refrigerant escape, which leads to weak or warm air from the vents.
This collection covers replacement A/C hoses, hose assemblies and lines for diesel trucks and heavy-duty applications. If you do not see the hose for your application, contact us with your vehicle and the original part number, and we can help track it down. For related parts, see A/C Compressors and A/C Condensers & Evap.
Signs of a leaking A/C line include oily residue on the hose or fittings, A/C that works for a while after a recharge and then fades, and a hissing sound from under the hood. Use new O-rings lubricated with the correct refrigerant oil when installing a new hose, and have the system evacuated and recharged properly afterward.
