Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.


Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. DFIS is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after delivery confirmation.


Shipping Insurance (Extend Protection)

DFIS offers optional shipping protection through Extend at checkout. If selected, Extend provides coverage for eligible orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

  • Claims for protected shipments must be submitted directly through Extend in accordance with their policy terms and claim timelines.
  • DFIS is not responsible for approving or processing shipping insurance claims covered by Extend.
  • DFIS may assist with documentation if needed but cannot issue replacements or refunds for claims handled by Extend.

If shipping protection is not selected at checkout, the shipment is made at the customer’s risk once it leaves our facility. DFIS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks the order as delivered.


Freight & Oversize Items

Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.

Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.

Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

Important: Shipping protection through Extend may not apply to freight or oversized shipments. All freight deliveries must be inspected at delivery, and damage must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork.


International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
  • Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
