Coolant Hoses & Pipes

Coolant hoses and pipes carry coolant between the engine, radiator, heater core and other parts of the cooling system. Rubber hoses harden and crack with age and heat, and factory plastic pipes on many diesel trucks become brittle and break, which can lead to a sudden loss of coolant and an overheated engine.

Shop radiator hoses in molded rubber and silicone from Gates, Mishimoto and others, heater hoses, and coolant pipes and tubes from Wehrli, PPE, Fleece and Sinister that replace factory plastic pipes with aluminum or stainless. We also carry coolant bypass kits and hose clamps and connectors.

Squeeze your hoses when the engine is cool: hoses that feel hard, cracked or mushy should be replaced. Silicone hoses last longer than rubber and hold up better to heat, and billet or aluminum pipes are a good upgrade where the factory part is known to fail. Replace clamps along with the hoses so the new parts seal properly.
