Radiators

The radiator is the main heat exchanger in a diesel's cooling system, and it has to handle a lot of heat, especially when towing up grades or running more power. Factory radiators often use plastic end tanks that crack with age, and once the core starts to clog, the truck runs hotter and hotter under load.

This collection includes direct-fit aluminum radiators from Mishimoto, CSF, aFe, Koyo and Edelbrock for Power Stroke, Cummins and Duramax trucks, along with replacement radiators from D&W for heavy-duty applications. Many performance radiators use thicker cores, more rows and all-aluminum construction to shed more heat and last longer than the factory unit.

Signs of a failing radiator include coolant leaks at the tank seams, rising temperatures under load and visible corrosion or bent fins. When replacing a radiator, it is a good time to flush the system and replace hoses, the thermostat and the radiator cap, and to check the fan and fan clutch.

Not a side department. Injectors, pumps, and turbos, day in and day out — which is why we catch things a general shop misses.
