AirDog's Raptor 4G RP-100 is a 100 GPH electric lift pump for 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L 24V Cummins trucks, with a built-in adjustable pressure regulator and no return line required. AirDog positions the 100 GPH Raptor for stock fuel trucks.

Installation

This version is for trucks with the factory block-mounted lift pump. The Raptor mounts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich plate, the suction line connects to the factory suction fitting on top of the fuel module, and the pressure side feeds directly into the side of the fuel filter housing on the engine block. Refer to the AirDog installation manual for the complete parts list.

  • 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L 24V Cummins (VP44 injection pump)
  • For trucks without the in-tank fuel pump (factory block-mounted lift pump). Trucks with the in-tank pump use AirDog R4SBD355.
