On 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram 5.9L 24V Cummins trucks, the PureFlow AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G kit delivers up to 100 GPH of filtered fuel, separating out air, vapor, water and particulates before they reach the injection pump. AirDog rates the 100 GPH version for stock fuel trucks.

  • Uses AirDog FF100-2 fuel filter and WS100 water separator for service

Installation

This version is for trucks that still have the factory block-mounted lift pump (no in-tank pump). The AirDog mounts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich plate, the suction side connects to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module, and the pressure side feeds directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and block-mounted pump. The air/vapor return goes back to the tank through a filler neck tee. Refer to the AirDog installation manual for the complete parts list.

  • For trucks WITHOUT the in-tank fuel pump (factory block-mounted lift pump). Trucks converted to the in-tank pump use AirDog A7SPBD354.
