The AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G is a complete fuel air separation system for 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke trucks. It pairs a 165 GPH gerotor lift pump with AirDog's patented air separation, a water separator and a fuel filter, so the injection system receives clean fuel with the entrained air, vapor and water removed. AirDog rates the 165 GPH version for moderately modified trucks.

Installation

On this application the pump is mounted inside the bed, forward of the rear wheel, with a bed bracket. The fuel module is modified so the factory venturi fill system keeps working, the pump draws from the modified module and feeds the factory frame rail feed line, and the pressure line is tapped with a return Y to supply the venturi in the basket. The AirDog return goes back to the modified fuel module. Refer to the AirDog installation manual for the complete parts list.
