AirDog FP-100-4G Lift Pump 1998.5-2004 Dodge 5.9L Cummins Block-Mount Equipped

Designed for 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram 5.9L 24V Cummins trucks, the AirDog FP-100-4G uses a water separator, gerotor pump and fuel filter in series, with separated air and vapor sent back to the tank through the return.

Installation

This version is for trucks without the in-tank fuel pump (factory block-mounted lift pump). The AirDog mounts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich plate and pulls fuel from the factory sending unit. The pressure side connects directly to the VP44 or CP3 injection pump, bypassing the factory block-mounted pump and fuel filter housing, and the air/vapor return goes back to the tank through a filler neck tee. • 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L 24V Cummins (VP44 and early CP3 common rail)
• For trucks WITHOUT the in-tank fuel pump (factory block-mounted lift pump). Trucks with the in-tank pump use AirDog A4SPBD153.
