PureFlow's AirDog FP-100-4G kit delivers up to 100 GPH of filtered fuel to 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram 5.9L 24V Cummins trucks, pulling water, particulates and entrained air out of the supply before it reaches the injection pump.

Installation

This version is for trucks that have the in-tank fuel pump. A 1/2" draw straw pulls fuel from the tank to bypass the factory pump, the AirDog mounts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich plate, and the pressure side connects directly to the VP44 or CP3 injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing. The air/vapor return goes back to the tank through a filler neck tee. Refer to the AirDog installation manual for the complete parts list.

• 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L 24V Cummins (VP44 and early CP3 common rail)
• For trucks WITH the in-tank fuel pump. Trucks with the factory block-mounted lift pump use AirDog A4SPBD101.
