WCFab's High Flow Intercooler Pipe Kit for the 2017-2025 Ford Super Duty equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke improves airflow between the turbo and engine for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool up.

Key Features

  • Eliminates weak points in the factory design - like the stock rubber and plastic Cold Side Intercooler Pipe that is notorious for cracking / splitting which leads to boost leaks or complete failures in hard-working and high-performance applications. 3" Hot Side Intercooler pipe replaces the OEM restrictive 2.5" design with a fabricated aluminum high flow 3" pipe with high quality silicone boot and improved double o-ring seal at the turbo outlet. 3.5" Cold Side Intercooler Pipe upgrades the failure prone OEM rubber part with a mandrel bent 14 ga. fabricated aluminum one piece pipe.
  • Utilizes a CNC machined billet aluminum adapter with a double o-ring seal and an upgraded silicone boot in order to withstand higher boost pressures than the factory components to increase reliability and eliminate blown factory boots and horsepower-robbing boost leaks.
  • Replaces Ford Part Numbers: HC3Z-6F073-A and HC3Z-6F073-B.

Fits 2017-2025 Ford F-250 Super Duty / Ford F-350 Super Duty / Ford F-450 Super Duty / Ford F-550 Super Duty / Ford F-650 / Ford F-750 equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke engine.
