Wagner Tuning's EVO1 performance intercooler addresses the factory unit on the 2005-2013 BMW 3 Series diesel, which heat-soaks quickly and loses boost under sustained hard use. The stepped bar-and-plate core with turbulators measures 520mm x 200mm x 150mm, about 13 liters, giving roughly 50% more frontal area and 70% more charge air volume than stock. Installation is plug-and-play using the factory plumbing, with no cutting and no bumper removal.
