Titan Fuel Tanks 40 Gallon After-Axle Tank 1999-2010 Ford Cab & Chassis PS-191

This is the same 40 gallon after-axle utility tank as Titan's 8020099, adapted to accept the PS-191 sending units used in some Ford vehicles, most commonly E-Series vans. It replaces a corrosion-prone steel OEM tank with cross-linked polyethylene.

Key Features

• 40 gallon frame mounted, after-axle replacement tank
• Adapted for PS-191 sending units
• Extra heavy duty cross-linked polyethylene construction
• Lifetime warranty

Fitment

• 1999-2010 Ford narrow frame cab and chassis and E-Series applications that use PS-191 sending units
• All 1999 vehicles originally came with a 37 gallon tank and require this 8020099A tank along with straps and a skid plate from Ford
• Model year 2000 vehicles may use either tank, so confirm fitment before ordering
• The deciding factor is the sending unit already on the truck, not the model year: PS-191 takes this 8020099A tank, PS-123 takes the standard 8020099
• 2000 cab and chassis owners should contact Titan at 800-728-4982 for fitment confirmation

Installation

• The sending unit suction draw tube may need to be shortened by about 1/2 in.
• Mounting straps or hardware may require modification or fabrication to complete the installation
