Russell ProFlex Hose pairs a chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) synthetic rubber inner liner with a nylon inner braid and a 308 stainless steel outer braid, so it resists abrasion and corrosion and will not collapse under heat while staying flexible. In -12 AN it is commonly used for fuel, oil and water lines and heater hose.
