The Rugged Ridge XHD Low Mount Snorkel Kit moves the factory air intake on the 2.8L diesel Jeep Wrangler JK out of the fender and up to a duct just below the windshield. Pulling air from that higher, cooler position cuts down on the dust reaching the air filter and reduces the chance of hydro-locking the engine in deep water. This is the low mount configuration of the XHD Modular Snorkel and, like every kit in the XHD family, it is built for left hand drive Jeeps only.

- Engineered so the windshield still folds
- Leaves room for most aftermarket lower windshield light mounting tabs
- Designed to work alongside other Rugged Ridge parts including the Windshield Mount Light Bar, Windshield Auxiliary Light Mounting Brackets, Sherpa Roof Rack and Exo-Top system

Fits left-hand-drive Jeeps only. Cannot be installed on RHD vehicles. For the 2.8L CRD turbo diesel JK Wrangler.
- 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK, 2-door and 4-door Unlimited, with the 2.8L turbo diesel inline-four
- Left hand drive only. Rugged Ridge's installation instructions state the snorkel system cannot be installed on RHD vehicles
- Diesel application. Rugged Ridge catalogs separate XHD snorkel part numbers for 3.6L and 3.8L gasoline JK Wranglers
