Royal Purple Duralec Super SAE 5W-40 in a 55-gallon drum, part number 87540. Duralec Super is an API-licensed CK-4 heavy-duty diesel engine oil built for emissions-controlled engines running diesel particulate filters, diesel oxidation catalysts, EGR and SCR systems on ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel.
Fleets operating in cold regions frequently run 5W-40 year round to cut cold-start wear, and drum quantity is the economical way to stock it. Plan on a pump and mechanical handling equipment for a drum of this size.
