Royal Purple supplies Duralec Super SAE 15W-40 in a six-gallon bag-in-box under part number 60154. Duralec Super is an API-licensed CK-4 heavy-duty diesel engine oil built for emissions-controlled engines running diesel particulate filters, diesel oxidation catalysts, EGR and SCR systems on ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel.
Bag-in-box packaging dispenses through a spigot and collapses as it drains, so the oil stays sealed from the shop air and the empty container takes up very little space. It is a common choice for service bays that want bulk pricing without committing to a drum.
