Built for 2003-2004.5 Dodge Ram 5.9L common rail Cummins trucks, the AirDog Raptor RP-4G-100 is an internally regulated 100 GPH gerotor lift pump that installs without a return line. AirDog positions the 100 GPH Raptor for stock fuel trucks.

Key Features

  • 100 GPH (gallons per hour) flow rate
  • Built-in adjustable diaphragm fuel pressure regulator
  • Internally regulated - no return line needed
  • Gerotor pump with AirDog 4G motor design
  • Kit includes a relay control wiring harness, required fuel fittings, 1/2" fuel line, mounting brackets and hardware, and an installation manual (Fuel Module Upgrade included when the application requires it; tools not included)
  • Lift pump only - the Raptor does not include a water separator

Installation

This version is for trucks with the lift pump mounted in the fuel tank. A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a factory-style 1/2" bulkhead fitting, bypassing the in-tank pump. The Raptor mounts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich plate, and the pressure side feeds directly into the side of the fuel filter housing on the engine block. Refer to the AirDog installation manual for the complete parts list.

Fitment

  • 2003-2004.5 Dodge Ram with the 5.9L common rail Cummins
  • For trucks with the lift pump mounted in the fuel tank.
