AirDog's II-5G DF-100-5G fuel system provides 100 GPH of regulated, filtered fuel for 1992-2000 Chevrolet and GMC 6.5L diesel trucks and sends separated air and vapor back to the tank instead of into the injection system. AirDog rates the 100 GPH version for stock fuel trucks.

  • 4G motor design with a four-bearing motor and intermediate shaft
  • Larger porting than earlier AirDog systems to reduce inlet cavitation and noise
  • Uses AirDog FF100-2 fuel filter and WS100 water separator for service

Installation

This system replaces the factory frame-rail-mounted low-pressure pump and mounts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich plate. The suction side connects to the factory suction line, the pressure side connects to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame, and the air/vapor return goes back to the tank through a filler neck tee.
