Built for 2001-2010 Chevrolet and GMC 6.6L Duramax trucks, the AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G combines a 100 GPH lift pump, water separator, fuel filter and air/vapor separation in one system with an adjustable, integrated pressure regulator. AirDog rates the 100 GPH version for stock fuel trucks.

Duramax trucks do not come with a lift pump from the factory, which is why AirDog notes that its Duramax kits typically show the largest gains.

  • Larger porting than earlier AirDog systems to reduce inlet cavitation and noise
  • Uses AirDog FF100-2 fuel filter and WS100 water separator for service

Installation

The pump mounts to the frame rail with the supplied sandwich plate. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module, the pressure side connects to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame, and the air/vapor return goes back to the tank through a filler neck tee.
