Designed for 2004.5-2024 Dodge/Ram 5.9L and 6.7L common rail Cummins trucks, the AirDog FP-150-4G uses a water separator, gerotor pump and fuel filter in series, with separated air and vapor sent back to the tank through the return.

Key Features

  • 150 GPH (gallons per hour) flow rate
  • AirDog Fuel Preporator design removes entrained air/vapor, particulates and moisture
  • Water separator ahead of the gerotor pump; fuel filter after the pump separates remaining air/vapor
  • Pressure regulator controls fuel pressure to the engine and returns excess fuel with the separated air
  • Single-piece pump body eliminates the gaskets of the older three-piece design
  • Installation kit includes a relay control wiring harness, fuel fittings, mounting hardware, 1/2" fuel lines with OEM-style quick connects, bracket and spacer, and an installation manual

Fitment

  • 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with the 5.9L common rail Cummins and 2007.5-2024 Dodge/Ram 2500/3500 with the 6.7L Cummins
