A five-ply silicone intercooler inlet and outlet coupler for 2006-2009 GM Topkick and Kodiak medium-duty trucks with the 6.6L Duramax. PPE lists it as a direct replacement for GM 15020973 and GM 15086267.
Key Features
- Five plies of Nomex reinforced aramid fiber
- Fluorocarbon inner lining resists fuel, oil and chemicals
- Temperature range of -76F to +437F
- Working pressure 70 psi (4.8 bar), burst pressure 207 psi (14.3 bar)
- UV and ozone resistant
- 6mm wall thickness
Fitment
2006-2009 GM Topkick and Kodiak medium-duty trucks with the 6.6L Duramax. Intercooler inlet and outlet position. GM cross-references 15020973 and 15086267.
Note: the 6mm figure is wall thickness, not bore size. Because of that wall thickness, hose clamps need to be 1/2 inch larger in diameter than the hose ID to fit correctly.
