This deep cast aluminum pan replaces the stamped steel factory unit on 2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax, improving both drainage and heat dissipation.

Key Features

  • Cast aluminum construction dissipates heat better than the stamped steel factory pan
  • Flat bottom lets the pan drain completely instead of trapping old oil in a valley
  • Increases engine oil capacity by one quart over the stock pan
  • Hardened billet stainless steel drain plug with high-temperature neodymium magnet included
  • 1/8 inch NPT port for an optional temperature sensor, supplied with plug
  • Unshrouded oil pickup reduces restriction for higher oil pressure
  • Black finish

Fitment

2001-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax applications.

Note: the kit includes the pan, fasteners, NPT plug and drain plug. RTV-style sealant and oil are not included. PPE states the added capacity does not change the dipstick reading.
