A crankcase ventilation oil and water separation kit for 2020-2026 GMC Sierra 3.0L Duramax. During development of the PPE 3.0L intercooler and resonator delete, PPE found these trucks push a significant amount of oil and hydrocarbons through the crankcase ventilation system.

  • Long one-inch hoses slow the mixture so oil and water vapour condenses out
  • Highly efficient stainless steel filter screen removes oil and water vapour leaving the PCV valve
  • Aluminum oil reservoir shaped to fit the tight space above the fender liner
  • Serviceable, easy to inspect and drain during routine maintenance
  • Addresses the oil and hydrocarbon carryover PPE measured on these engines
  • Prevents sticky carbon buildup in the plastic intake manifold, swirl valves and intake valves
  • Addresses the resulting loss of performance, poor fuel economy, higher EGTs, compression loss and increased emissions
