This is NGK's Y1037J metal glow plug for the Ford 7.3L Power Stroke, the direct injection turbo diesel that ran from partway through the 1994 model year to 2003 in Super Duty trucks, Excursions and E-Series vans. One plug is required per cylinder, so a full set for a 7.3L is eight. Replacing the whole set at once is the usual approach, since a single failed plug is often a sign the rest are near the end of their service life.

1994 model year buyers, check your engine first. Ford changed engines partway through 1994. Early 1994 trucks used the older 7.3L IDI indirect injection engine, which takes a different glow plug. This plug fits the direct injection 7.3L Power Stroke introduced mid-year, not the IDI.
