The NGK Y-732J is a metal sheathed glow plug for Volkswagen 1.9L diesel engines. It preheats the combustion chamber so the engine lights off quickly and burns cleanly on a cold start, and its heating coil is packed in heat-resistant magnesium oxide inside the glow rod to move heat fast while shielding the coil from vibration and shock.
