The Y-710J is NGK's metal glow plug for Isuzu 2.2L C223 and C223T indirect-injection diesel engines, the four-cylinder used in Isuzu light trucks and their badge-engineered relatives. NGK catalogs it in the heavy duty truck, bus and van glow plug line, and it carries a 90 mm body with a 12 mm hex and an M4 threaded terminal.

Replaces Isuzu original equipment glow plugs 8-94319700-1 and 8-94319700-2. Beyond the North American applications above, the same plug covers export-market vehicles including the Isuzu Gemini 1.5L diesel with the 4EC1 engine, Opel and Vauxhall Campo, Cavalier and Nova diesels, and SsangYong Korando, where catalog coverage runs roughly 1987 to 1996. The C223 was also used widely in industrial and forklift applications.
Note that the 2.3L engine offered in the Trooper during these years is a gasoline engine and uses no glow plugs. This part applies to the 2.2L diesel only.
