Motul 8100 X-clean Gen2 5W-40 is the low SAPS, ACEA C3 5W-40 that replaced the original X-clean for BMW LL-04 service. It is a 100% synthetic oil for powerful, recent cars with large displacement gasoline and diesel engines.

Applications and Notes
Motul specifically cautions against using X-clean Gen2 5W-40 where a VW 504 00 or 507 00 oil is required; in that case use Motul 8100 X-clean+ 5W-30 or Motul Specific 504 00 507 00. Do not mix with lubricants that are not ACEA C3 compliant.
