The MBRP FAL459 is a 4-inch turbo downpipe for the Ford 6.7L Power Stroke, replacing the restrictive factory downpipe with mandrel-bent aluminized tubing. Opening up the first section of exhaust off the turbo is where the largest single restriction usually sits.
