The K&N E-0780 is a complete replacement airbox assembly, not a drop-in filter. It replaces both the factory air box and the factory air filter on 2003-2007 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.0L Power Stroke diesel, and ships with the heavy duty box and a washable K&N filter already fitted.
