Holset is the original equipment turbocharger supplier for these engines, and this is the new HE351VE turbocharger for Cummins ISB 6.7L EPA07 built to that same specification. The Holset VGT uses a sliding nozzle ring rather than pivoting vanes, which gives a wide flow range with fewer moving parts and fewer wear points.
