This Garrett GT3788VA Performance Upgrade Turbocharger replaces the factory turbocharger on 2003-2004 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke. A turbocharger uses exhaust energy to compress intake air, which is what lets a diesel burn more fuel and make more power and torque without more displacement.
