Delphi HTV102 Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) Valve. The IPR mounts to the high-pressure oil pump and controls HEUI injection control pressure by either restricting flow to build pressure or dumping oil back to the sump. This unit is listed for 2004.5-2010 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke. A sticking or worn IPR causes hard starting, no-start, surging idle and injection control pressure fault codes. Manufactured to original-equipment specification by Delphi, a diesel fuel injection supplier with more than 60 years of OE engineering behind it.
