Glow plugs pre-heat the combustion chamber so a cold diesel will light off cleanly, and a failed plug shows up as extended cranking, white smoke on start-up and a rough cold idle. This unit is listed for 1994-2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke / International T444E. Manufactured to original-equipment specification by Delphi, a diesel fuel injection supplier with more than 60 years of OE engineering behind it. Delphi glow plugs match the original heat rating, sheath length and thread specification, and are best replaced as a full set.
