Stage 3 is the most aggressive LST grind COMP Cams offers for the 6.6L Duramax, at 206/220 duration. It is meant for heavily modified engines with maximum-effort tuning and must be run with the #26125 Beehive spring kit.
COMP Cams LST (Low Shock Technology) lobes are shaped to move more air through the Duramax, which helps bring exhaust gas temperatures down, while staying stable at higher RPM and putting less strain on the valve springs.
