When a coil-per-cylinder ignition gives you no conventional tach signal, this AutoMeter RPM signal adapter makes one. Wired into the ignition power supply, the fully potted, weatherproof module senses current and outputs a standard 12V square wave that AutoMeter tachometers and many aftermarket RPM-activated devices can read. It's a common fix for late-model engine swaps.
