Three cylinder cam ring, Stanadyne part number 42261. The cam ring is the internal lobed ring the roller shoes ride against, and its lobe profile is what drives the pumping plungers inward. Lobe count matches cylinder count, so a three cylinder ring belongs in a three cylinder pump.
Cam rings are specific to the pump calibration and are not interchangeable between models. Match the number on the part you are replacing.
