The aFe Twisted Steel 304 SS Header w/ T4 Turbo Flange is a direct fit for the 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins. TIG welded for strength and durability, this system allows for use of a larger turbo and is equipped with 1/8" EGT ports for auxiliary equipment.

  • A 1-3/4" head pipe stepped to 2" x .120 wall stainless steel tubing, is used to increase exhaust velocity and increase usable torque.
  • This means a more aggressive throttle response and increased passing power. 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks for race proven strength and durability.
  • This system utilizes a divided diesel T-4 flange that allows for a larger turbo and increase exhaust velocity, turbo spool, and boost.
