The aFe POWER BladeRunner EGR Component (part number 46-90088) is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for the 2004-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke.

aFe EGR coolers are constructed from new stainless steel components. All connections are welded, not brazed, to improve reliability. This cooler features 6 thick-wall heat exchanger tubes. These tubes are resistant to clogging, extending the life of the cooler. Our available complete gasket kit includes components for the removal and replacement of the EGR cooler (Part Number: 46-90075).
