MAHLE Performance supplies 301-1061B as a single top compression ring for 4.045in bore, measuring 1.0mm across the side faces. It is built from SAE 9254 steel with MAHLE's patented HV385 HVOF thermal spray face coating.

- Barrel face profile for fast break-in and continued cylinder wall contact as the piston rocks at TDC and BDC
- HV385 is MAHLE's patented high velocity oxygen fuel thermal spray face coating, applied at supersonic speed to produce a dense, well-bonded ring face. Coated top rings are micro-polished on the side and face sealing surfaces for quick seating and a uniform barrel face profile.
