MAHLE Performance 301-0206 is a top compression ring for 4.005in bore, 1/16in in axial height. It is built from PC479 hardened ductile iron.
Key Features
- Barrel face profile for fast break-in and continued cylinder wall contact as the piston rocks at TDC and BDC
- PC479 is a hardened high strength nodular iron. The extra hardening process lets the ring run against most bore surfaces without an additional face coating, which is why MAHLE uses it in power adder applications that exceed what a conventional face-coated ring will tolerate.
