17878 is part of MagnaFlow's Custom Builder Pipe series, and it is a turbo-back kit rather than a cat-back or filter-back. The system starts at the turbocharger, so it replaces considerably more of the exhaust than the bolt-on kits do.
Piping is 4in mandrel-bent stainless running to a single passenger side rear exit. MagnaFlow tunes this one loud, rating it aggressive inside the cab and very aggressive outside.
This is not a driveway install. Builder pipe kits are supplied to be fitted to the truck, and cutting, welding and some fabrication should be expected. Plan on a shop with an exhaust bench. Limited lifetime warranty.
