This is a glasspack, 4in round body, 18in long, which means it is about as simple as a muffler gets: a perforated tube with packing around it in a round case.
Inlet and outlet are 3in. The Red Pack finish is the only cosmetic difference from MagnaFlow's plain glasspacks. Aluminized steel construction, covered by a 90 day construction warranty. Worth checking local noise rules before this goes on.
