A universal converter with a 2.5in inlet and outlet, for replacing a failed cat where no bolt-in part is offered. Inlet and outlet are both centred. MagnaFlow codes it Pre-OBDII in their application data.

Expect to cut and weld. That is the trade-off for a converter that covers a lot of vehicles.
