A direct replacement for the factory oxidation catalyst on 7.3L Power Stroke Super Duty trucks built between 2000 and 2003. It bolts to the original mounting points, so there is no cutting and no welding.
MagnaFlow builds this one to their OEM Grade standard, which carries a heavier precious metal loading than the standard line. On a 7.3L that matters mostly for keeping the check engine light off rather than for tailpipe numbers alone. The body is stainless with mandrel-bent tubing and a single laser fusion weld, and it is developed from 3D scans of the original part.
