A complete bolt-on replacement exhaust for 1999-2007 Ford Super Duty trucks, supplied as a multi-piece kit with the gaskets and clamps already in the box.
The pipes are mandrel bent rather than crush bent, which is the main difference between this and the cheap replacement systems. Crush bending pinches the tube at every bend; mandrel bending holds the diameter through the curve. The kit includes one 3.5in band clamp, four 3.125in U-bolt clamps and two 4in U-bolt clamp hangers, and it interchanges with a long list of Ford OE numbers including 1C3Z-5230-AA and F81Z-5230-AA.
Aluminized steel construction with a two year warranty. No bending or welding needed.
