This is MagnaFlow's California grade universal converter in 2.5in in, 2in out. The California line uses a heavier precious metal loading than their standard converters.
Stainless throughout, which is what keeps these from rotting out from the inside after a couple of winters. MagnaFlow codes it OBDII in their application data.
You will need a welder and a way to cut the pipe cleanly. Most shops handle these in an hour or so.
