This is MagnaFlow's California grade universal converter in 2.5in inlet and outlet. The California line uses a heavier precious metal loading than their standard converters.
The case is stainless steel, so road salt and condensation are less of a problem than with an aluminized converter. MagnaFlow codes it OBDII in their application data.
Budget for welding time. Universal cats do not bolt to anything.
