At 14 inches tall, the Koyo CCS2214 is the tallest core in the Hyper Core intercooler range and is intended for cars with unusually large or modified bumper openings. The 2.5 inch thick extruded tube and fin core trades depth for frontal area, which helps keep pressure drop down while still moving a large volume of charge air.

Suggested Applications
- Vehicles with larger than typical bumper openings, or bumpers modified to accept a taller intercooler
- Koyo lists this as the suggested application for the core size. End tanks, piping and mounting are fabricated to suit the individual build.
